Peter has 15 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry and overseeing multiple outlets. After graduating from culinary school in San Francisco, Peter worked at Adele's Restaurant & Café In Carson City, Nevada and then at Denver's The Corner Office. He went on to Sage Restaurant Group's Braddock's Brasserie in Pittsburgh and the Renaissance Hotel, where he was the executive sous chef and oversaw daily operations of all food outlets. He then helped open the second location and flagship property of the Bacon Social House in Littleton, Colorado. Peter returned to the Bay Area in 2019, and was most recently Food & Beverage Director at the Graduate Berkeley.

Jerry Scheible oversees the beverage and cocktail program as well as the music program at Study Hall Rooftop Lounge. Jerry brings over 20 years of bar and restaurant experience to his role at Study Hall. He was most recently the General Manager at the Nob Hill Masonic, where he was responsible for hiring and training the team and menu development. Prior to that, he worked as a Bar Manager at notable Bay Area restaurants, including Henry's in Berkeley and Kuleto's Italian Restaurant in San Francisco. Jerry spent the early part of his career working as a bartender at some of the most fast-paced bars in San Francisco, including Bimbo's 365 Club, City Club of San Francisco, and Momo's Restaurant.
